“Works with Windows and Mac” is a starting point, not a complete buying answer. The exact OS release, processor architecture, connection and application can change whether a shipping label reaches the printer. A new laptop can expose a limitation that was invisible on an older packing computer.
This guide checks the three exact models in Tagrivo’s catalog against official documentation. It does not report installations we have performed.
Write down the computer before choosing the printer
Record your OS release, processor type and available ports. On Windows, distinguish an Intel/AMD-based PC from an Arm-based PC. On a Mac, record the macOS release and whether the machine uses Apple silicon or Intel. Include any USB adapter or dock in the proposed setup.
Then describe the print route: an application sends a PDF through a manufacturer driver, or a supported network-printing protocol handles it. Being able to open the seller dashboard does not demonstrate printer-driver support.
Microsoft’s Arm printer guidance acknowledges that some manufacturer installers have problems on Arm PCs and describes using Windows’ printer-installation route. That general advice does not certify a particular shipping printer or every feature of a generic driver.
Rollo Wireless X1040: separate network setup from driver support
Rollo’s setup instructions describe adding the X1040 on a shared Wi-Fi network from Windows or macOS. The Windows procedure includes a manufacturer-driver route if discovery fails.
The same document says the Rollo Windows driver does not yet support Arm-based Windows computers. It mentions a generic thermal-driver alternative limited to 4 × 6 printing. Treat that as a restricted manufacturer-described option, not full driver support or a route tested by Tagrivo.
If Windows Arm is your only workstation, get confirmation of the exact workflow and required features before purchase. A Wi-Fi logo does not resolve a CPU restriction by itself. Read the Rollo analysis and distinguish Bluetooth-assisted setup from actual printing.
MUNBYN ITPP941 USB: identify the wired variant
The manufacturer’s USB parameter table describes a wired, 203 dpi model. The driver page groups 941-family Windows/Mac downloads alongside other variants. Its presence does not establish support for every OS release or CPU.
Before ordering, match the seller’s SKU to that USB variant and check the actual download notes for your computer. Windows Arm support remains unverified in our evidence. The page does not list a Linux download for this group; a Chrome extension is a separate route with its own requirements.
For a fixed desktop, this is an option to investigate when the driver and quote are confirmed. It is not interchangeable with the 941 Bluetooth or AirPrint versions. The MUNBYN analysis keeps those boundaries visible.
Brother QL-1110NWB: use the current support matrix
Brother’s US OS list includes Windows 11 and macOS 26, 15 and 14 among its entries at this review. It also lists older systems and explains that some software is no longer updated. An old downloadable installer is not a promise of ongoing support.
The shared NWB/NWBc support page contains variant-specific exceptions. Confirm the label on the machine and select your actual OS in Downloads. The OS list alone does not verify an Arm-specific driver. Brother also distinguishes the AirPrint driver from the AirPrint connection protocol; the latter requires a network connection, as explained in its AirPrint guidance.
Read the Brother analysis if its cutter, Ethernet or DK media system matters to the decision.
A useful purchase check
Ask the manufacturer or seller to confirm the exact model, OS release, CPU and intended PDF-printing application. Check the return terms if that combination cannot be confirmed. Do not install drivers from an unrelated download directory to make a purchase appear safe.
Use the Printer Finder for a shortlist, then review its setup caveats. Its broad OS categories cannot replace a CPU check. Compare connections separately, and use our mobile guide if a phone is the actual print device.
Sources and scope
Official sources linked above were reviewed October 29, 2026. OS entries and downloads can change. No driver was installed and no physical printer was tested for this guide. Unsupported or unclear combinations remain conditional rather than receiving a compatibility badge.
