This comparison is between Rollo Wireless X1040 and MUNBYN ITPP941 USB, 203 dpi. It is not a comparison with a MUNBYN Bluetooth, AirPrint or 300 dpi variant. That distinction changes the answer before price enters the discussion.
For one supported computer at a fixed packing desk, investigate the USB model. For switching between devices or printing over a shared network, investigate Rollo’s documented Wi-Fi route. Neither is a universal winner, and this is research rather than a physical test.
What the specifications do and do not separate
The Rollo product page and MUNBYN USB parameter table describe 203 dpi direct-thermal printers with a rated maximum speed of 150 mm/s. Equal nominal figures do not establish equal print quality, practical throughput or reliability.
Rollo offers Wi-Fi and USB. The wired MUNBYN variant offers USB, not Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Both need appropriate direct-thermal media and workspace for external stock. Neither entry in this comparison has an automatic cutter.
Width figures require care: Rollo describes a supported media-width range, while MUNBYN’s table gives a maximum printable width of 108 mm and a separate paper-width limit. Treating those different measurements as one numeric ranking would be misleading. Match the size and feed requirements of your actual labels instead.
Choose USB around a fixed computer, not a presumed bargain
The MUNBYN driver page links Windows and Mac downloads for the 941 family, with a separate Chrome route. Confirm the exact OS release, CPU and SKU before assuming the driver fits. Windows Arm support is not verified in our evidence.
A USB-only printer can be a reasonable fit when the same computer opens every shipping PDF and stays at the packing desk. A phone displaying the seller dashboard does not add a direct phone-printing route to this hardware. We do not recommend the USB variant for unverified direct iPhone or Android printing.
We have no verified current quote for this exact MUNBYN variant, so “cheaper” is not an established advantage in this article. Obtain the correct model’s quote rather than substituting a sale price for another 941 version.
Choose wireless around a confirmed device-and-app route
Rollo’s setup guide describes Wi-Fi setup assisted by Bluetooth, shared-network requirements and adding computers. Bluetooth in that process does not mean direct Bluetooth printing.
Its standard Android phone route is limited to 4 × 6 labels. Its Windows driver does not yet support Arm-based PCs. A restricted generic-driver alternative is described by Rollo, but that is not full driver support or a workflow tested here. Confirm your computer or phone route before assigning value to wireless convenience.
Rollo’s dated price reference is identified on its product analysis. It is not a live offer. Compare final quotes including delivery, tax and required accessories before judging the premium for network printing.
Price compatible stock and desk space
The MUNBYN media guidance and Rollo’s product information describe externally fed stock options. Check dimensions, gap/sensor requirements and how a roll or fanfold stack will sit behind the printer. A compact printer alone does not describe the whole setup.
Use the actual compatible pack for each quote. Generic media availability is not evidence that every adhesive, coating or label size is suitable. If a roll needs a holder, include that requirement when comparing the workspace and purchase total.
Our cost guide separates printing from postage. The calculator uses your hardware and stock quotes, rather than predicting what either retailer charges today.
Three decisions that change the recommendation
- One computer, USB already suits the workflow: investigate ITPP941 USB after confirming driver support and its price. There is no need to infer a mobile feature you will not use.
- Several devices or a phone is essential: investigate Rollo’s Wi-Fi route, then verify the app and label size. A brand’s marketplace logo is insufficient.
- Windows Arm is the only print device: do not treat either as an unconditional match. Resolve the exact supported route or consider another documented setup before ordering.
If neither route fits, changing the shortlist is more useful than choosing a winner from two unsuitable options. Compare these exact models, read computer compatibility and mobile printing, or start with the Finder.
Sources and scope
Manufacturer sources linked above were reviewed October 29, 2026. No setup times, print quality, failure rates, physical speed results or customer-experience scores were measured. Prices and unverified combinations remain explicit limits of the recommendation.
